本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、moglog（以下「本アプリ」）の提供するサービスの利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、ユーザーと本アプリ提供者との間の一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（利用条件）
ユーザーは、以下の条件に従い本アプリを利用するものとします：
- 法令・公序良俗に反する目的で使用しないこと
- 不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリングなど不正行為を行わないこと
- 他者に不利益を与える行為を行わないこと
第3条（アカウント）
- ユーザーは必要に応じてアカウントを作成します。
- ログイン情報はユーザー自身の責任で管理するものとします。
- 第三者による不正利用について、当方は責任を負いません。
第4条（取得する情報）
本アプリは、さんぽ記録機能のため以下の情報を利用します：
- 位置情報（リアルタイム・バックグラウンド）
- NFCタグから読み取る識別子（任意）
- ユーザーが手入力したプロフィール・記録データ

第5条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 本アプリのネットワークやサーバーへの不正アクセス
- 虚偽の情報登録
- 他ユーザーの情報を不正に収集する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
第6条（サービスの変更・停止）
運営者は、以下の場合にユーザーへの事前通知なくサービス内容を変更・停止できるものとします：
- アプリのアップデートまたは仕様変更
- サーバーメンテナンス
- 災害・障害によるサービス提供の困難
第7条（免責事項）
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
- 位置情報や記録データの精度は端末や環境に依存し、正確性を保証しません。
- 第三者による不正アクセス・情報漏洩が発生した場合でも、当方は責任を負いません。
第8条（知的財産権）
本アプリに関する著作権・商標等の知的財産権は運営者に帰属します。
第9条（利用規約の変更）
運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとし、変更後は公開時点で効力を生じます。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the moglog app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all interactions between users and the App provider.
2. Conditions of Use
- You must not use the App for unlawful or harmful activities.
- You must not engage in hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access.
- You must not interfere with other users or the operation of the App.
3. Accounts
- Users may be required to create an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- The provider is not responsible for unauthorized account access.
4. Information Collected
The App uses the following data for its functionality:
- Location data (foreground & background)
- NFC tag identifiers (optional)
- User-entered profile or activity data

5. Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorized access to servers or networks
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Harvesting data belonging to other users
- Interfering with the app’s operation
6. Service Modification
The provider may modify or suspend the App without prior notice for:
- Updates or specification changes
- Server maintenance
- System failures or emergencies
7. Disclaimer
- The provider is not responsible for any damages resulting from App use.
- Accuracy of location and activity data is not guaranteed.
- The provider is not liable for third-party security breaches.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App’s content belong to the provider.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated, and changes take effect once published.
